These payments will be received by you each month on a fixed date for a mutually agreed period of time. This period of time can range from 2 years to 5 years, if you wish. You will no longer suffer from void periods and you will no longer have to chase tenants for outstanding money!
We understand that you have better things to do with your time than stress about tenants and managing house repairs. K11 Property Solutions promise that all the inconveniences that might occur will be taken care of. For HMOs this costs you the landlord or agent nothing. As part of our agreement we will address most small repair jobs up to the value of £75, which will save you both in time and money. On top of this we will also have cleaners tend to your property on a frequent basis.
You'll be happy to hear the hassle of all things utility will be a stress of the past. We set up, manage and pay all electricity, broadband and gas bills associated with your property.
We also offer full management on your investment property for a set agent fee, this is typically 10% of the monthly rent amount. This fee covers us finding, placing and managing the best tenant for your property. To ensure your peace of mind, we vet all our tenants and ask that they supply guarantor details.
Alternatively, if you would rather manage the property yourself but don't have the time to find a tenant, we can find the most suitable tenant for your property in return for a tenant finder's fee.
