Tenant Information

Our step by step guide to renting with K11 Property Solutions

To begin

We recommend that potential tenants start their search for a place to call home by visiting our website and browsing through what we have available.

We encourage you to be realistic with your budget and our aim is to provide what you're looking for at a price you can afford. We've the added feature on our website to allow users to filter and sort rooms and properties by cost. If you're interested in shared accommodation you'll be happy to hear that the prices quoted for our rooms include all of your bills.

Request to view

Once you've made your top picks, you can either contact us by selecting the make an enquiry button on our website or you can give us a call or text. No payment details are needed at this stage and there is no commitment to proceed with taking the room or property.

Viewing

We are happy to arrange viewings at a time that suits you. If you are unable to view in person we offer live video calls or we can show a family member or friend our property on your behalf. We can also show you more than one property if you want, we just ask that you let us know prior to the appointment.

Expressing interest

If you decide you are interested in one of our properties then you can let us know. We don't believe in forcing sales. If we learn you do wish to proceed with a property we will then email you a user friendly online application form.

The Application Form

Don't worry! This form isn't nearly as scary as it sounds, it just lets us know a little more about you.

Be mindful of the fact that we will require contact details of a guarantor at this stage. Once completed and returned our team aim to let you know if your application has been successful or not within 48hrs.

Pay

If we contact you with news that your application has been successful we will then require you to pay a holding deposit. The deposit amount will be the same as the monthly cost of the room or property. All of our deposits are registered with the TDS and it will be promptly returned to you at the end of your contract as long as we find the place as we let it.

Move in

On or before move in day we must receive or have received payment of your first month's rent. As long as we have this in our account then you will be all set to move in to your new home. One of our team will meet you at the property on the agreed moving in date with your keys. We will give you a quick run through of how things work and if you're moving into a shared property we will also talk to you about the house rules, again don't worry these are standard rules such as being mindful of your housemates and having no long staying extra guests.

Issues

Should you encounter any issues in your new home then we ask that you let us know. We will get a member of our maintenance team on it as soon as possible and we will try our best to do it at a time that suits you.
